JASON CLAY & THE NEIL AFFAIR -
British vocalist Jason Clay has spent his entire career trying "not" to sound like Neil Diamond. Truth be known, he has sounded like Neil ever since he began singing.
It was at the House of Blues in New Orleans, that a promoter asked Jason to sing some Neil songs when the opening act did not show. Well he bought the house down using only his acoustic guitar and voice. From there Jason decided to form "The Neil affair".
THE BAND MEMBERS:
Jason has been working with TNA since 1996. The Neil Affair Nucleus consists of:
Jason Clay (lead vocals, guitar, keys)
Pete Gallagher (drums,perc,vocals)
John Fincham (bass, guitar,vocals)
Jason works as a soloist on many gigs. When we work as a band we work as a trio. For larger events we employ female background vocalists, an extra keyboardists and sometimes brass.

Jason, I don't mean to sound so surprised or naive about your music, but it is REALLY, REALLY GOOD! Not just the song you recorded for my daughter Brooke, (she thinks we hired Neil for this song) but what an awesome night we had. You truly are a reincarnation of Neil. Actually we think your better than the man himself. As verbose as I can be at times, I find myself lacking the ability to express my enthusiasm and excitement to having hooked up with you. I guess I should probably begin with the song you wrote for Brooke. Thanks again.
